Dust-Proof Stretch Wrapping Systems
The dust-proof wrapping cycle machines are designed to offer enhanced protection for palletised goods. These cycles use machines such as turntable, rotating arm, and rotating ring stretch wrappers, which are equipped with either integrated or separate top sheet dispensers. The process begins with placing a polyethene film sheet on top of the pallet and then wrapping the entire pallet with stretch film. This method ensures that the load is fully covered, providing comprehensive protection from dust, dirt, and other contaminants and keeping the goods safe during storage or transportation.
Waterproof Stretch Wrapping Systems
The water-proof wrapping cycle machines offer a range of stretch wrapping solutions, including turntable, rotating arm, and rotating ring models. These machines are designed to ensure complete protection for pallets against moisture and rain. The process starts with the pallet being wrapped with an initial layer of film. Next, a polyethylene film sheet is placed over the top of the pallet. Finally, a second layer of stretch film is applied to securely wrap the entire pallet. This waterproof wrapping cycle makes it possible to store pallets outdoors without worrying about the elements.
