TOSA 126 – High-Speed Rotating Ring Stretch Wrapper

The TOSA 126 is a fully automatic, high-output rotating ring stretch wrapping machine designed to meet the demands of fast-paced production lines. Capable of wrapping up to 130 pallets per hour, it is ideal for industries requiring rapid, reliable, and secure pallet wrapping with minimal downtime and maintenance.

  • Rotating ring system with a top speed of 55 rpm, ideal for high-volume operations

  • Compatible with 500mm and 750mm stretch film rolls for greater coverage and film savings

  • Powered pre-stretch system with dual brushless motors, offering film ratios from 0% to 400%

  • Automatic film sealing with a contactless contrast bar for clean, secure wrap finishing

  • Smart Wrapping Technology that monitors and records film usage, cycle times, and optimises film distribution per pallet

  • Touchscreen 6” colour operator panel with graphical interface for easy programming and operation

  • Toothed belt ring lifting system, completely maintenance and lubrication free
