The Dino Stretch Hood is an innovative packaging solution that uses an elastic, undersized cover (stretch hood) to fit over a larger pallet load. The principle behind this system is the stretch hood’s inherent elasticity, which causes it to return to its original shape, providing stability and securing the pallet load during transport and storage.
- Elasticity for Versatility: The stretch hood’s elasticity allows it to adapt to different product sizes. If there is a significant variation in the size of your products, the Dino FLEX system can be equipped with a second film roll for more flexibility in packaging.
- Height Flexibility: The height of the Dino FLEX system is determined by your maximum pallet height. The standard version can handle pallets up to 1800mm, while the taller version is designed to accommodate pallet loads up to 3000mm.
- Flexible Configuration: Unlike traditional systems with tensioning arms, the Dino Stretch Hood features a design without a fixed framework, offering greater flexibility in configuration. The FLEX principle allows the system to adjust to your product dimensions for a perfect fit.
