What We Can Do For You

Phoenix Handling Solutions can offer a maintenance contract if required, whereby we decide with the customer how many and when we make a site visit to survey the machines condition. We then visit site and make a comprehensive report with recommended spare parts required if necessary and a cost for the parts. Phoenix can provide also a 24 hour mobile number if required, at extra cost for direct contact with one of our technicians to try to resolve any issues you may have. We can also provide for a VPN or Modem connection into your plc subject to agreement, this will enable direct access into the machine parameters to determine the cause of most problems. By having this function means quick response and low cost to the end user.

We are capable of programming/modifying both Siemens and Allen Bradley and other plc’s.

Regarding spare parts, we at Phoenix (PHS) are dedicated to providing first quality service to our valued clients and in doing so we have first class contact with our suppliers to ensure a quick turn around whenever possible to minimise down time for our customers. Whether it’s a simple switch, plc or inverter for example, we can source it on your behalf very quickly.

Phoenix have a UK team of service technicians at our fingertips, who can respond to mechanical breakdowns or software related issues. We already service many UK customers who we have dealt with for many years.
