The M9 Layer Palletiser can be provided as a straightforward end-of-line solution or integrated into a larger, centralised palletising system, complete with automatic transport for both full and empty pallets. We also offer the option to integrate additional features, such as strapping machines or connectivity with your existing MES system.
The Turning-cross rotates products to align with the required layer pattern, ensuring labels are positioned outward for visibility. The Formation-table uses two modular belt conveyors to form the desired layer with smooth, pressure-free movements, allowing even complex patterns with spacers. The layer is then mechanically squared on all four sides and placed onto the pallet by the loading table, which also operates without pressure.
Additional compression can be applied to ensure each layer is perfectly flat, enhancing load stability. Optional features like an interlayer-sheet inserter or product pre-stacking module further improve performance and pallet stability.
