Tosa CMR Cam 41 Vertical Strapping Machine

The Tosa CMR Cam 41 Vertical Strapping Machine is a high-performance automatic solution designed for palletised load strapping. Equipped with a top sealing head, this machine is ideal for integration into existing packing lines, meeting high production demands. It features a control panel with PLC, adjustable up/down stroke speed via inverter, and lateral compensation for double tensioning.

Automatic pallet height detection is facilitated by photocells, and the retractable bayonet passes the strap through the pallet. Capable of handling polypropylene straps (12 x 0.70 mm) and with a maximum pallet size of 1200 x 1000 x 2000 mm, the CMR Cam 41 can strap up to 50 pallets per hour.

Optional features include service conveyors, a rotating platform with powered rollers, and lateral shifting for automatic strap positioning detection.
