Tosa CMR Cam 34 Horizontal Strapping Machine
The Tosa CMR Cam 34 Horizontal Strapping Machine is an automatic solution designed for efficient strapping of palletised loads. Ideal for high-production environments, this machine features a side sealing head and can be easily integrated into existing packing lines. It offers precise strap tension control with a side compensation head and double tensioning for equal strap tension on both sides.
The machine includes a control panel with PLC, a mobile group for up/down stroke speed control, and photocells for automatic pallet height detection. It operates using electro-pneumatic methods and provides hot-welding strap sealing for robust results.
Suitable for polypropylene straps (12 x 0.70 mm), it can handle pallets up to 1200 x 1000 x 2000 mm. With an output of up to 50 pallets per hour, this machine is perfect for high-volume operations. Optional features include service conveyors and a pneumatic centring device for precise horizontal strapping.
