Tosa CMR Cam-31 Horizontal Strapping Machine
The Tosa CMR Cam 31 Horizontal Strapping Machine is a high-performance, fully automatic solution designed for palletised loads. Equipped with a side sealing head, it can be integrated into packing lines for various product sizes and production types.
The machine features a PLC control panel, automatic pallet height detection via photocells, and a strap reel carriage with strap recovery. Capable of handling polypropylene straps (12 x 0.70mm), it offers hot-welding strap sealing for strong, secure bindings.
With a capacity of up to 40 pallets per hour, the CMR Cam 31 is ideal for high-volume environments, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Optional features include service conveyors, a side compensation head, and a pneumatic centring device for perfect horizontal strapping.
