What’s the difference between sweep-off and pick-and-place de-palletisers?

Sweep-off machines transfer whole layers with guides for high speed; pick-and-place uses a head (gripper/vacuum) for precise handling, mixed patterns and sensitive containers.

Can you remove layer pads and restack empty pallets automatically?

Yes — options include automatic interlayer/layer-pad removal and stacking, plus empty pallet destacking/restacking.

Are they suitable for glass as well as cans?

Yes — tooling and control profiles are configured for glass or metal containers to minimise scuffing and breakage.

What throughputs can you achieve?

Application-dependent. We size the cell to your target rate (container, layer count, handling method and layout all affect speed).

Can the system feed multiple downstream lines?
