The Tosa 125E High-Speed Ring Machine is an automatic pallet stretch wrapping solution designed for maximum efficiency. With a rotating ring and a speed of up to 170 pallets per hour, this machine is the fastest in its class, ensuring high throughput without the need for the load to move on the conveyor. It can be supplied with or without an integrated watertight top sheet dispenser, providing additional protection against dust and moisture.
For added flexibility it can be equipped with twin film carriages and our patented auto film reel changing system, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime. This machine is fast reliable and highly competitive compared to other machines on the market. It also supports corner post application, offering up to seven corner post types and sizes to suit various packaging needs.
The use of a 750 mm wide film roll not only reduces the number of film wraps required to complete the wrapping cycle but also covers a larger surface area of the product with each wrap, enhancing the stability of the load.
The film roping system reduces the film width from both the bottom and top using two independent compression wheels, driven by brushless motors with an encoder. This setup allows for precise adjustment of the band width at any position on the pallet.
The pallet lifter enables the wrapping of the base of the pallet with the film rope, providing additional stability and protection.

A system is available for applying a plastic top sheet to protect the pallet load. When integrated into the machine, it provides dust-proof or water-proof protection, and when placed outside the machine, it offers dust-proof protection.
The system can also be supplied with two film-roll positions, which can be automatically selected to:
- Increase film autonomy by reducing machine downtime for film roll changeovers.
- Use two film rolls of different widths when pallet sizes are variable, optimising film consumption.
- Apply top sheets in different colours to suit different types of pallets.
Additionally, an automatic top sheet film roll changing system is available, eliminating machine stops required for replacing exhausted film rolls.

BRUSHLESS MOTORISATION
The two pre-stretch rollers are independently driven by advanced brushless motors, allowing for programmable wrapping cycles with a pre-stretch ratio adjustable from 0 to 400%. This feature optimises film distribution across the pallet during all stages of the wrapping process.

TOSA 125L
This rotating ring machine comes with a larger internal diameter of 2300 mm, making it ideal for wrapping larger palletised loads, such as 1200×1600 mm and 1300×1500 mm. The main structure supports a ring rotation speed of up to 40 rpm, and it can accommodate film rolls that are either 500 mm or 750 mm wide.
